The Compliance3 methodology is based on supporting compliance as a never ending ‘journey’ across all business channels on the basis that:
- Good corporate governance is an increasing requirement of regulators and the responsibility of the Board
- Data as an asset is valuable, needs to be secure and seen to be secure by all stakeholders
- Data related crime (cyber-crime) is becoming increasingly complex as business entities continue to transition towards customer centric, self-service business models
The methodology is based on a proven three phase delivery model with specific ‘products’ within those:

- Discover (LOCATE) assessing the client’s payments compliance readiness and idetifying the future work streams necessary to meet compliance certification requirements.
- Define (PREPARE) identify/confirm existing dependencies and business requirements, and from that prepare the business case for sign off
- Deliver (PROVISION, PROCEED, MANAGE) working with the client and critical technology partners to deliver the solutions required to meet payments compliance certification and ongoing monitoring of compliance across all business channels
